Main Responsibilities: • Provideclinical leadership and deliver high-quality, family-focused care for all patients attending thePaediatric Emergency Department (PED). • Act asTrauma Team Leader,Resus Team Leader, andEmergency Physician in Charge. • Share knowledge to support the development of medical and nursing staff throughshop-floor teaching and contribution to thePED education programme. • Ensure safe and effective operation of thePaediatric Emergency Department andChildren’s Clinical Decision Unit. • Lead the development of standards, protocols, and systems that ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care from entry to discharge/admission. • Driveinnovation and quality improvement, working in collaboration with the widerTeamPED.
